Materials will be procured from OEM or their authorised dealers. In case of authorised dealer, the valid tender specific authorization certificate from the original manufacturer shall be uploaded with their offer otherwise their offer shall be summerly rejected.

(I)The manufacturer of this tendered item or their tender specific authorized dealer shall have to indicate details of manufacturer/principal/OEM. (II) Railways reserves the right to place bulk orders on sources having proven satisfactory past performance of same/similar item. For this firm will enclose PO copies, R Note copies, copies of Inspection Certificates etc along with offer failing which offers are liable to be ignored.

I/We also confirm that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored.[Denial of this condition not recommended]

I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] Special and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.
