Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolition material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n.exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete.

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured/printed Glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350x 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match. Over 10 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Somany/Johnson)

S&F for 38mm plastic dividing strips 1.5mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
