EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and Installation commissioning & testing 11 KV Compact Sub Station with and including 1 No, 11 KV/630 Amps VCB, 1 No transformer 100 KVA, 11/0.433 KV & associated LT Distribution system & suitable , self contained power pack complete all as described & specified below- 11 kV 630Amps 21kA for 3 sec. The Enclosure shall have IP-56 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be Polyuratne painted (Colour Light Gray & D.A. Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. Supply & fix Decorative LED Post Top Lantern light fitting with max, system wattage 40 watt and system lumen output not less than 80 lumen per watt, total system lumens not less than 3200 lumens, PF not less than 0.90, circular canopy and dear acrylic cover for 360 degree indirect, uniform, glare free light distribution complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix cable route marker of size 100 x 25 x 3 mm size incl round shape plate which engraved LT/HT cable complete with PCC and earthwork all specified and directed.

S&F multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core, drawing through tubular pole upto light fitting and making connections and testing for functioning of light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F busbar chamber four pole toally enclosed metal clad with porcelain insulater and colour coated tinned copper busbar of capacity 200 Amps fixed/grouted in brick wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for provision of single arm pole top mounted bracket of suitable size for mounting street light fitting 1.5 mtr long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Construction of Chain link on fencing post of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm of height 1.80 mtr at 2 mtr c/c around platform including excavation and earth work 30 cm embedded portion of angle iron in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 of size 60 x 60 x 60 cm. Chain link fencing of height 1.8 mtr made out of Gl wire not less than 3mm and pitch not more than 75mm. Angle iron gate using 40 x 40 x 6 m angle iron of size 2 x 1.5 m with vertical flat 25 x 6 mm @ 10 com c/c including hanging & locking arrangement. 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on brick masonary platform. All exposed surfaces of steel, work shall be given two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Stair case of brick masonary for easy access to the plate form.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of fly ash brick masonery valve pit of size 90x90x90 cm (internal dimension) with MS top coer of 3mm thick sheet, fixed on frame made out of angle iron 40x40x6mm thick with locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to MS sheet internally and externally & iron surface, brick work in cement mortar 1:4,15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally & externally) 150 thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for base, 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-l using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for coping two coats of white wash internally after preparation the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

SUMMER APPLIEANCE

S&F desert cooler, electric driven copper wounded motor (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity minimum 4500 Cum per hour, 1400Rmp, 230Volts, 50Hz, three speed regulator with metallic blade and mild steel body, duly painted with synthetic anti corrosive oven cured paint, submersible pum (IS 11951:1987) 40 watts incl wood wool pad (set of 3) of proper thickness and 2.50 sqmm three core copper wire with connecting top plug compelte as per IS (3315:1994) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven 230 Volt (Single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 Cum per hour (or nearest size) Steel body complete all as specified and as directed..

Supplying & fixing of Angle iron 40x40x5mm size suitable for desert cooler including holes in wall & PCC including welding work all as specified and as directed.

ROAD, PATH AND HARDSTANDING

M&L for GSBC (sub base) 200 mm thick consolidated thickness in two layers 100 as per table 400-1 morth specification, spread, rolled with 8-10 ton capacity vibratory roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber in two layers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet mix macadum (WMM) using stone crushed aggregate of grading required as per table 400-11 of yellow book of mors laid in two layers 75 mm each with mechanical means and rolling with 8-10 tonne power roller over compacted sub base complete all as specified and directed. (Note-mix will be prepared in mixing plant of suitable capacity)

M&L for road line painting 100 mm wide with golden yellow, white thermostatic compound with reflectorised glass beads on bitumen road providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorised glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRS 35 the finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free streaks and holes in addition where arrow of letters to be provided thermostatic compound may be machine sprayed the colour of compound with traffic diversion arrangement if required as per MORT&H clause 803.4 complete all as specified and directed.
