Development and Construction of Beatification Scheme Prepared DPR Park, Shamshan and Kabristan

Providing the Architectural consultancy services for the Preparation of DPR for Parks, Cremation Grounds and cemeteries, as per following scope of work: (a) Preparation of the conceptual architectural drawings and getting it approved from Municipal Corporation Bharatpur. (b) Preparation of detailed architectural working drawings including architectural working plans, elevations from all four sides, cross sectional drawings, plumbing, sanatary drawings for all floors, toilet details, door window details, electrical layout plans alongwith drawings for all floors, staircase details and all required drawings including provision of fire fighting, tube well, parking, gardening and other facilities as required. Providing the structural design and drawings for the proposed building including drawings for footings, foundations, beams, slabs and framing plans for all floors, columns and other relevant structural design and details as required. (c). Preparing the estimate and bid document for the said project based on prevailing BSR. (d) Supervision of work one visit per month or as and when required upto completion of building in all respect pto satisfaction of engineer incharge Payment schedule for contractor/Consultancy firm 1. Payment shall be released as follows: 10% on Completion of 1 (a) 10% on Completion of 1 (b) 20% on Completion of 1 (c) 60% on Compliance of 1 (d) and completion of the project.
