Expansion of existing Safety PLC
Expansion of existing Safety PLC Bidder’s scope shall include design, engineering, manufacture, procurement, supply of hardware & software & buy-outs, FAT inspection of expansion portion ‘of Safety PLC as per approved QAP, packing, marking, forwarding, transportation, including commissioning spares, mandatory spares & required tools and tackles (if any), documentation etc.
Installation & Supervision for expansion portion of Safety PLC, System power on, Loop checking in co-ordination with field contractor, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of system, integration with existing Safety PLC system, Integrated SAT of expansion portion of Safety PLC, Support during plant startup and Handing over of Expansion portion Safety PLC system to Purchaser. Installation and Commissioning of Safety PLC (Expansion portion) as per Tender specifications on Turnkey basis.
