Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards one side aluminium foil coated fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm thick Particle board for insulation purposes as in false ceiling, fixed with nails to timber framework design and pattern of board as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws putty to receive finishes, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, in position suspended false celling system using E Grid suspended celling Grid system. The size of Grid shall be 600X600mm with GI frame work, main runner 39X24mm, cross tee 29X24mm and wall angle 22.2X22.2mm using 4mm thick High Pressure Stream cured non primered classic/designer variant E-Board ISI Marked IS No 14862-2000. Fibre cement E Board to be placed in the gird of E Grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hangers from the pulins of the roof with butter fly clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Gypsum Board 12 mm thick (water proof) in ceiling fixed with screw or as per manufacturers instructions including necessary jointing and taping, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previouly untreated plaster/ AC sheet surfaces of ceiling board including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat primer and 1 mm thick cement base putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 mm thick HDF laiminated wooden flooring any colour laid over and including 2mm thick EPE foarm sheet complete all as per manufacture instruction and 150 micron polyothene should be placed below foam to as a water barries incuding cleaning of existing suface of floor, including dismantling of old wooden flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for IInd Class Hardwood wooden Moulding as in cornices, picture rails exc 6 Sqcm but n exc 13 Sqcm and fixed with screws/nails on wall/floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixed in repair for Wooden Wall panelling of second class softwood 12mm thick with tongue and groove joint fixed in any position over and including wooden framework in second class softwood with plain fillets square or sectional area exc 13 Sqcm and n exc 25 Sqcm at n exc 90 cm centre to centre in both direction and including two or more coat of french polishing on all the exposed surfaces wooden panelling as in repairs including taking down existing electrical fittings and re-fixing the same, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down & refixing of shutters of any descreption after easing and adjusting also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc area of shutters n.exc 1 sqm each in same opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC, plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 18.00 here in above but except Sheets.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tightening bolts and closing bolt holes, etc.to rectify the leakage/ seepage, in old roof of corrugated steel sheets by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts and nuts if required, all set in stiff white lead, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc steel and iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 6 mm thick Plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with nails or screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified and as direted.

S&F for Wooden planks of second class hard wood, 20mm thick, planed one side and edges tongued and grooved or rebated fixed, in repairs to replace old and or decayed boarding in patches including cutting out old, piecing, heading joints, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvanized aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 thk of an colour having tensile strength 550Mpa as in roofing fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth Rs 45,100.00 during AOC. Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
