Ordinary soil. Upto 3 m depth.

Carriage of material from quarry / crusher to work site including loading, unloading and stacking all complete. Earth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge. For 20 Km.

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

Providing and fixing of Reinforced Ferro cement Drain cover designed for class "AA" loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75 mm to 150 mm anti- corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate Rim and on M.S. lifting hooks admixture like plasticizer bond improving compound shrinkage resistance compound abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc. for drain Opeining Size 701 to 1200 mm Standard Drain Cover Size 1500mm x 600mm x 125mm.

Construction of solid block masonry of M20 grade solid concrete block having nominal size 400 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm in cement mortar 1:3 upto plinth level with all lead & lift.

Providing at site, lowering & laying in trenches, aligning & jointing of RCC pipes NP3 class (with s/s ends) IS: 458 - 1988 (amended up to date) marked and pipes from 300 mm upto 2000 mm manufactured through vertical / vibrated casting process all levels with Rubber gaskets (EPDM/SBR) for sewer lines as per IS: 5382 (including cost of Rubber gaskets lubricants) as per drawing, sectional hydro testing of the sewer pipe line (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) etc., complete as directed by Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payable. 1200 mm internal diameter.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M15 grade (using mechanical concrete mixer) using 20mm graded hard crusher broken stone aggregate, laying in layers of not more than 15cm thick, for bedding having width = outer dia of pipe (Bc) + 200mm or 1.25Bc (whichever is higher), thickness below pipe = 0.25Bc or 100mm (whichever is higher) and haunching = 0.25Bc, for all type of pipes of following sizes, including compaction, curing, form work, etc complete as per drawing and/ or as directed by Engineer. 1200 mm internal diameter.

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement with M-30 Grade 0.30 Mtr x 0.30 Mtr x 0.15 Mtr Edge Blocks (measurements shall be made inner to inner side of edge blocks). Providing and Laying of Interlocking M-30 grade Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and as per IS 15658:2006.and all materials shall conform to MoRTH Specification Clause 602 with M-30 Grade 0.30 Mtr x 0.30 Mtr x 0.15 Mtr Edge Blocks. Category 'B' : Dentated only two side like I,Z,T shape as per IRC:SP:63-2004.
