OPERATION OF PLANT EQUIPMENT: Day to day operation, daily maintenance of following air-conditioning systems for thirty six months as detailed in Clause 1 ( for item no. 3 to 5 ) of Technical specification.

Operation & daily maintenance of Purnima air conditioning plant and its accessories.

MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT: Maintenance of following air conditioning equipment for a period of THIRTY SIX MONTHS as per clause 2 ( for item no. 7 to 79 ) of of Technical specification.

Daily maintenance of 6 nos. clean room labs (class 10, class 100 & class 10,000) by means of wet, dry & vacuum cleaning as per clause 2.1 Item no. 7 to of Technical specification.

Air Handling Units (6 nos. - MASCOT) for clean rooms of air flow capacity 35000/15000 CFM, static pressure 5"/2" of water column as per clause 2.2 ( for item no. 9 to 10 ) of of Technical specification.

MS Ducting (Exhaust Air): Fabrication, supply & installation of exhaust air ducting of 10 G (3 mm) thickness and as per clause 4.0 (for item no. 82) of Technical specification.

Dampers: Manually operated heavy duty opposed blade type multilouvered Al aerofoil damper as per clause 5.0 (for item no. 83) of Technical specification.

Air Filters: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of filters for exhaust air stream of following type, duties & material and as per clause 6.0 (for item no. 85 to 86 ) of Technical specification.

Flange type 4 Ply HDPE washable filters with 14G Al casing of overall size 660 X 660 X 150 mm and 40 mm flange.

Box type HEPA Filters with 14G Al casing and aluminium separators of overall size 610 X 610 X 305 mm

Magnehellic Gauge: Magnehellic gauge with suitable connecting copper tubes of length as required at site. The range of magnehellic gauge shall be 0 to 100 mm of WC and as per clause 7.0 (for item no. 87)of Technical specification.

Roof shed: Supply and installation of minimum 0.6 mm thick zinc-aluminium coated high tensile steel corrugated weather proof roof sheets complete with associated accessories required for installation at site and as per clause no. 8.0 (for item no. 88)of technical specification.

Cement plastering for existing foundation surfaces of with the use of water proofing compounds as per specifications and as directed by E-I-C.

Providing pocket holes at existing RCC foundation for fixing the foundation bolts by filling with super fluid micro concrete as directed by E-I-C. The size of the pockets shall be 150 mm X 150 mm X 200 mm approx.

Dismantle of old MS duct of approx 50 Sq M, filter frames, duct support etc. Dismantled materials shall be cut into pieces of length approx 1mtr and shall be kept at desired location near the building.

Dismantle of old/corroded centrifugal fans of approx capacity 2500 CFM. Dismantled blowers shall be cut into portable pieces shall be kept at desired location near the building.

Replacement of Aluminum powder coated supply air grills of size 940 x 200 mm with in built VCD and additional 30 mm flange.as per clause 9.0 (for item no. 93) of Technical specification.

Replacement of display and control switch unit for DPW1322AS /DPW1983R1 packaged unit (11/16.5 TR) water cooled.

2 mm thick FRP coating on cooling tower basin/exposed MS structure/pipe.

Replacement of schedule 40 MS seamless pipe and fittings as per clause 10.0 (for item no. 97 to 101) of technical specification

Replacement of 150 mm NB schedule 40 MS seamless pipe including suitable thickness flanges for cooling tower water system at CED.

Replacement of 100 mm NB schedule 40 MS seamless pipe for cooling tower water system at CED

Cold insulation of nitrile rubber of thickness 38 mm (19mm x 2 layer = 38 mm) of ducting and other equipments as per clause 13.0 (for item no. 105) of Technical Specification.

0.45 mm (min) thick Al cladding of Piping, ducting and other equipments as per clause14.0 (for item no. 106) of Technical Specification.

Cold insulation for 200 NB insulated chilled water pipe (effective dia including existing insulation is 250 mm) with 25 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber covered with 0.5 mm thick Al cladding as per clause 15.0 of Technical Specification.

Supply and installation of 3 mm thick 50 mm wide soft insulation self adhesive foam recommended by insulation supplier on chilled water pipe insulation.
