Providing and fitting of 300 mm size Copper thimbles for fitting / termination purposes with 300Sq.mm PVC Copper conductor duly crimpled with crimping tool following uncovering / removing of insulation up to 20 to 25 mm as per requirement from PVC conductor for proper fitting of thimble. The job includes proving and fitting of PVC tape for insulating part of copper thimble and part of 300 Sq.mm cable.
Retrieving of old existing un connected PVC copper conductor from the trenches and re- laying and connecting of the same from 320 KVA Water cooled Cummins make DG set No.01 to Departmental Change over switch 1000 amp/ 800 Amp. The job includes connecting all segments of power cables required for commissioning of one No. of DG set through thimbles and with nuts and bolts. The job includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts for terminations. All tools and tackles required for the job have to be arranged by the firm. (Total length of cable is 106m approx.)
Earthing for DG 2 No. of DG sets: P/L of Earthing station comprising of company fabricated G.I.earthing electrode as per IS : 3043. The job includes Auguring of bore of required dia/depth for installation of electrode along with backfill compound mixed with soil and all other items required thereof for achieving the best result. The job includes connecting of DG set earthing point / terminal through GI strip of size 25 mm width, 6mm thick and Length 3500 mm (Approx.) / as per site requirement with Earthing Electrode through steel nuts, bolts and washers etc. required as per site requirement. The job includes construction of covering pit of brick masonary / cement concreate of size [ 300 x 300x 300] mm as per relevant standards, including providing and fitting main hole cover of CI. Safe earthing electrode size: 50 mm dia , Lengt: 2000 mm Back fill compound: 30 kg
