REPAIR/ MAINT TO CERTAIN PATH, HARDSTANDING AND ROADS FURNITURE AT KALKA UNDER GE (I) JUTOGH

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving's n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick, cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles Glossy Finish machine pressed of size 30cmx30cmx 22-25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile in floors laid, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm thick, cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; coping benching, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate includes for use of form work (straight or curved).
