Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall , finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendring 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surface finished even and fair to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying wall putty 2mm thick over & above, complete treated or untreated surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastrered surface of any description and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint as approved over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or painted surfaces of wall by complete removing of existing treatment (scrubbing, washing down etc) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying wall putty 1mm thick over and above complete treated or untreated surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
