Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT), 11000 Volts (earthed) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and precast concrete cable cover/bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, jointing & testing, indoor end termination jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11 KV grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3 core 50 to 95 Sqmm size cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out / down old existing LT 1100 volt grade cables 25 Sqmm / 35 Sqmm/ 50 Sqmm size, laid in trenches, including bricks/Precast PCC cable cover for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out / down old existing HT 11000 volt grade cables 70 Sqmm / 95 Sqmm size, laid in trenches, including bricks/Precast PCC cable cover for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cables (punned down to 180 mm thick), in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18 cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour, locally available, sub class `B’ bricks (old size), laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trenches over the cable for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HVP type-1 with peak, of size 300 x 180 x 40 mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement,including MS clamps,nut,bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement,including MS clamps,nut,bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement,including MS clamps,nut,bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement, outdoor type, factory made cable junction box of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 150 mm, dust, weather and vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet, with aluminium bus bar strip 25 mm x 3 mm and MCB 6 Amps, 10 KA 'C' Curve - 01 No, MS Strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm made to shape, powder coated with anti corrosive paint including MS clamps, bolts thimbles etc for fixing arrangement for each street light including cable gland and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including removal of debries out of defence land complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors, finished the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement street light fitting 1 x 45 Watt LED including fixing bracket made out of GI Pipe light grade 40mm dia 1.20 meter long, bent to shape with suitable size mild steel clamps made out of 50 x 6 mm flat iron, fixed with nut, bolt & washers as required at site for fixing of street light on LT Poles / wall including making connection with PVC insulated 3 single core cable of size 1.5 Sqmm size multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm dia bore, and watering pipe 25 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete including dismantling of existing earthing all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4 Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe length upto 7.5 m length. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs.77,900.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
