M&L repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed .

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep and area not exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with granite coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with power roller (exc 8 and n exc 12 tonne) complete all as specified and as directed .

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming coat with catonic bitumen emulsion SS-1 conforming to IS:8887 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing of existing bituminous/black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor and with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion (RS-1 grade) conforming to IS:8887 @ 3 kg per 10 sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous,macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix (using paving bitumen of VG-30) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber rolled/laid with power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm) including preparation of area before laying of macadam complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- 1. Exact quantity of binder to be used shall be ascertained by Design mix. 2. Minimum of 4% of binder shall be used.However in case more than 4% of binder content is required as per design mix, the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost.)

M&L bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix spread evenly with mechanical paver to desired thickness and to the correct camber, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller/ vibratory roller/ double drum or tandem roller as suitable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1.Premix SDAC shall be procured from a hot mix plant. 2.Exact quantity of binder to be used shall be ascertained by Design mix as specified. 3.The binder content in the mix shall be minimum 5.5% by weight of total mix.However in case more than 5.5% of binder content is required as per design mix,the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost.) 4.Binder content and density testing equipment should be readily available at site.

M&L for preparation of bituminous surfaces of road and marking center lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc of 2.5 mm thick (Reflective type) of colour of white or golden yellow and the like n exc 10cm wide on roads, pavements with hot thermo plast materials by fully autumatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispensor, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil, greases and foreign materials etc, conforming to BS 3262-1989, as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS Stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs solar Cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3W one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instruction etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs metal tublar delenators made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PAMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150X150X300 mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposed of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.0 Km but not exceeding 1.5 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floor, sub base, floors and pavings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, glossy finish rubber molded, machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, of approved colour shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over and including 50mm thick (consolidated thickness) sand cushioning (watered and consolidated) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The cost of sand cushioning shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L 100mm thick for moorum/red bajri in formation, berms etc spread and compacted to and rolling shall be done by 8-12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cils, steps, seismic bands and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Amount of Rs 9100.00 indicated in tender documents as 'Schedule of cedit' shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
