Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size)

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. TMT Fe 500 (only valid for SAIL & TATA STEEL)

Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:4) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying at site angle iron post and strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite dirction for 10 cm and drilling holes upto 10mm dia etc. weigth 4.5 kg/m. single Y shape angle section length (2 m)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertino coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m) , having 50 nos rounds per 6m legth, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron shaped placed 3m apart and 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire ,stud tied with G.I staples and G.I clips to retain horizontal , including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of E/I with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T ) / spring core (2.5 m thick) wire of high tensile strength do do all

Providing two coat of synthetic enamle paint (after applying primer coat of red lead paint )of approved shade and make over steel surface do do all

and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
