M&L for cleaning of all blockages of Nahani trap/floor trap, bottle trap, gully trap, P or S traps of WCs, 100mm / 75 mm dia CI pipe and stacks upto 1st manhole, CI/SGSW pipe between gully trap and 1st manhole, CI Tee/door bends etc. to maintain internal sewage system by employing Two sweeper on all working days from 0900 hours to 1700 hours in the Area-I of AGE B/R (West) Colaba with manual/pressure cleaning pump & flexible rods and other neccessary equipments all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No-1 above but on emergency basis one sweeeper on Sunday / closed holiday /Gazetted holidays on call of Engr-in-Charge/JE.

Cleaning and desilting of sewage lines 150 mm to 250 mm dia of any size and any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage, plugging the ends of pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge, etc. sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements, face mask etc and removing the same (silt, sludge & other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the sewer lines with fresh water all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) If required getting a honey sucker and cleaning the heavily congested sewage line. (b) JCB and other machinery required on special basis would be called on requirement basis.

Cleaning the chocks/blockades in AC/CI/PVC soil waste/rain water pipe of any dia by removing cleaning eye and refixing the same after cleaning the pipe, making good damaged cement joints, dia of pipe not exc 150mm upto ground/stilt plus four floors including necessay scafolding all as specified and directed. Note :- Including removing of trees upto 14th floor and filling of holes with using water proofing compound.

S&F in repairs cleanings eye (oval access door) for bends, branches of any dia not exc 100mm at any floor leve all as specified and directed.

Emptying choked up sewage lines and manholes exc 3.00 mtr depth by providing sewage suction vehicle of capacity 5000 ltrs (BMC Pattern) including necessary other arrangments such as sweepers to clean up the site after work and desposing the same at places earmarkd outside MOD land upto 25 KM lead and lift all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) All precautions to be taken by all workers while working in foul condition. Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (b) After cleaning vehicle will be contractors property. (c) Contractors accredated representative shall be available during the cleaning. (c) Complete process shall be completed in all respects within a day.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for internal pipe of dia 100 mm all as specified and directed.

S&F for providing, lowering and laying HDPE DWCPE (SN8) pipes as per IS : 16098 of 2013, 150 mm ID bore, laid and jointed with and including elastomeric sealing 'O' ring as per manufacturer's instructions including demolition of existing line all as specified and directed. Note - The rates include for laying pipes level or to falls in trenches, etc. on concrete bed or directly on hard ground as indicated and making joints and testing as specified. The rates also include for all necessary extra joints, waste, and cutting.)

S&F for providing, lowering and laying HDPE DWCPE (SN8) pipes as per IS : 16098 of 2013, 200 mm ID bore, laid and jointed with and including elastomeric sealing 'O' ring as per manufacturer's instructions including demolition of existing pipe line all as specified and directed. Note - The rates include for laying pipes level or to falls in trenches, on concrete bed or directly on hard ground as indicated and making joints and testing as specified. The rates include for all necessary extra joints, waste, and cutting.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and hauching & Benching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes: 15cm for pipes 200mm dia and over. (ii) Width of bed: Outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm (iii) The rates include for any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Concrete bed to 200 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and hauching & Benching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes: 15cm for pipes 200mm dia and over. M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6 for cracked wall of manholes, septic tank, soak pits including demolition all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 grade Solid block size 600x300x300 mm , built in cement morter 1:6 including demolition all as specified and directed.

M&L for Except bricks with old sub class 'B' bricks (obtained from demolition) straight curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:4 for cracked wall of manholes, septic tank, soak pits all as specified and directed.

M&L plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete masonry walls, finished surfaces even and fair without using extra cement and using 2 % water proofing compound all as specified and directed. Note- (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed..

M&L plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete masonry walls, finished surfaces even and fair without using extra cement including taking down all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of brick /concrete wall surfaces and applying two coats of coal tar epoxy paint all as specified & directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as coping/cills necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete for bottom of manhole including demolition all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Precast factory made cement concrete cover slab for manhole and similar article with plain face, set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition all as specified and direceted.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, including watering and ramming to a true surface all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of hard core after consolidation shall be measured for payment.
