Note : - The cleaning of Septic tank, soak pits, Man holes and Sewer lines shall be done mechanically with all safety preventive measures for the workmen employed and cost of the same including accidental coverage insurance shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted in corresponding items.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed with in a lead of 50 m. Hard and dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm with excavated soils all as specified.

Demolition brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches Pillars etc.

M&L for cutting down plants/ trees of upto 10cm girth and applying ROUNDUP/GLYPOCET or equivalent (Herbal medicine) to roots of roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg chajjas, wall junctions, at junctions of rain water/CI waste water pipe junction including taking out possible quantities of roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the GI/CI/ACC/PVC pipe joints of that affected locations after applying herbal medicine making good to suit the adjoining surfaces shall be carried out using PCC 1:2:4 type 'B1' or cement mortar 1:2 with necessary scaffolding/staging etc upto a height of 7.00m from the ground level all as directed and as specified.
