Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB with Thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. (Make Anchor /Havells /HPL) 400 AMP 35KA TPMCCB

Supplying and drawing of following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required (Wire Make ISI Marked Havells/HPL/Anchor) 2 x 6 sqmm

Design, manufacture, testing at works & supply, installation, testing & commissioning cubicle panel floor mounted (on base frame) totally enclosed and extensible type . The general construction shall comprise to IS 8623-93. The design shall include all provisions for safety of operating and maintenance personal. IP 42 for indoor and IP54 for outdoor, shall be compartmentalized type having space and arrangements for I/C. cable/bus ducting/incoming switch gears, bus couplers, insulated and properly supported compartmentalized switch gear, outgoing compartmentalized switch gear, bus bar support and terminations, interconnection between bus bars & switch gear with auxiliary bus bars/insulated conductors/strips etc. The panel shall be fabricated out of CRCA not less than 2.00 mm thick for the load bearing members and 1.6mm for doors of L.T Panels. The frame work may be Agle Iron/Channel/Bolted type construction should be arrangement for I/C/O/G. Cable termination with 2 Each. 20x5mm cu. INCOMING Space for 1 to 2 No. 200 to 630 Amp TPN Al. Bus bar of equal cross section for Main Power connection to Main MCCB. Space for 1 No. 200 to 630 Amp 4 pole MCCB of 35 KA b. INDICATING PANEL The indicating panel of the incomer shall be provided with the following: i. Ammeter of required range with ASS, CT's. ii.Voltmeter of required range with VSS. c. OUTGOING Space for 1 No. 200 to 630 Amp TPN Al. Bus bar of equal cross section for power load/light load. Dimension (3’x3’x1’6”)

Supplying and fixing of following ratings and poles 240/415 volts SPN in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required (Make Havells/Anchor/HPL) 40 Amp Double Pole

Supply, testing and commissioning of PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor 1100 volts graded PVC AA Armoured/unarmoured XLPE Cable including end termination, crimping, cost of thimbles, nuts bolts, glands, connection, testing and commissioning complete job. (Make: Havells /Polycab / Gloster) 2 core 16 sq mm armoured cable
