Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 40 CFM air compressor for Medical Air system along with all allied works. The pump must be fitted with 10 hp motor and shall have base channel frame, limit switch, pressure gauge etc. The compressor should be Continuous Duty, Screw Air compressor having FAD of about 40 CFM @ 8.5 Kg/cm2 and should have dry type suction air filter cum silencer, Integrated electrical starter and microprocessor-based control panel, sound proof enclosure etc. The job includes providing and fitting of dissident type air dryer of minimum 80 CFM capacity, compatible capacity carbon tower and air receiver tank of 300 liters capacity having a working pressure of 12 Kg/cm2. The material of the receiver tank shall be Mild steel of 2062 grade having cylindrical shape with shell and dish of 6mm and 8mm thickness, coated with two coats of enamel paint after a primer coat and shall be fitted with all accessories viz., pressure gauge, manual drain valve, pressure safety valve of 10 Kg/cm2 rating, etc., as per international standards along with earthing. (1 working & 1 standby)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of single stage reciprocating vacuum pump along with allied works and piping for providing of centralized suction supply. The vacuum pump should have piston displacement of 150 CFM and shall achieve vacuum of 29 in Hg. The pump must be fitted with 10hp motor and shall have base channel frame, limit switch, pressure gauge etc. along with earthing (Make: Ingersoll Rand) The job also includes: a) Providing and fitting of anti-bacterial Vacuum Filter of minimum capacity 200 CFM. b) Providing and fitting of Air receiver tank of 500 Liters capacity having a working pressure of 12Kg/cm2. Pressure gauge with connection and cock and manual drain valve. The material of the receiver tank shall be M.S 2062 grade and of cylindrical shape with Shell and Dish of 6mm/8mm thickness. The tank shall be coated with two coats of paint after suitable primer coating. The job also includes construction of the concrete base for the tank. c) Providing and fixing of 32mm C class GI pipe along with allied fittings like union, elbow, nipples etc., as per site requirement. d) Providing and fixing of 25mm ball type brass metal main isolation valves along with complete fittings. (1 working & 1 standby)

Providing and fitting of 3.5 core XLPE insulated aluminium core armoured electrical power cables complying to IS 7098 (Part I)of below mentioned sizes. The job includes providing and fitting of aluminium thimbles of required size using hydraulic crimping tool and heavy-duty M.S clamps/ fasteners on walls/ poles. All tools and tackles shall be arranged by the contractor.
