Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, pits upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, chieselling soft / hard rock including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil in ordinary rock as well as for all kinds of soil as directed, within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, for all kinds of soil within all lead and lifts including restoration of unmettalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation & plinth and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation & plinth excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls (any thickness),in retaining walls,return walls, including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns, mass concrete for restoration work in HDPE Pipes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles 125 mm conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of 63mm hydrant with Main or submain line inlcuding HDPE Riser 63mm Double Threaded P.N-10.0,63mm PP Ball Valve,Bend,Male Female Coupler Threaded P.N-10.0,Service Saddle P.N-10.0 and elbow bend with steel clamp complete in all respect and jointing by electrofusion process for disribution system with 75 mm Dia (as per requirement of main & submain Line) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of 63mm hydrant with Main or submain line inlcuding HDPE Riser 63mm Double Threaded P.N-10.0,63mm PP Ball Valve,Bend,Male Female Coupler Threaded P.N-10.0,Service Saddle P.N-10.0 and elbow bend with steel clamp complete in all respect and jointing by electrofusion process for disribution system with 63 mm Dia (as per requirement of main & submain Line) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of 63mm hydrant with Main or submain line inlcuding HDPE Riser 63mm Double Threaded P.N-10.0,63mm PP Ball Valve,Bend,Male Female Coupler Threaded P.N-10.0,Service Saddle P.N-10.0 and elbow bend with steel clamp complete in all respect and jointing by electrofusion process for disribution system with 90 mm Dia (as per requirement of main & submain Line) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing Valve Box for hydrant Size 12" Box (Rectangular) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tubes confirming to IS : 1239 : 2004 of 80 mm dia G.I Pipe , medium class with all necessary fittings conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. including flushing , cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipe for rising main from intake to sump well complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing circumferencial Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to G.I pipe of 80 mm dia,welded in requisite numbers of weld runs to make the joint leak proof so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore) - Citojet / ESAB make conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respect including manual/mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing CI Sluice Valve 80 mm dia @ 10.2 Kg/cmˆ2 (PN-1.0) Kartar make i/c MS Flange of table as per IS 6392-1971 of 5WT of 31.30 Kg & Welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces & i/c carriges in all respect within all leads and lift.

Providing GMS tube(IS:-1239-2004) of 25mm dia & medium class confriming to IS specification capable to withstand the requires hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. Complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge
