M&L for providing and making fillet of 75mmx75mm in size with cement concrete 1:2:4 in sunken portion, including applying the under mentioned course of sunken treatment complete all as specified and directed as follows:- (a) Surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered surface. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the overlaps are then scaled/fused by flame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refilling lime concrete with brick aggregate (Coarse) in lime mortar 1:3 in the sunken with the help of proper tools & equipments & plants complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and making cement concrete in 40mm thickness in 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate with mixing integral liquid waterproofing compound such as Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+ or equivalent complete in sunken upto the below level of tiling complete all as specified and directed. Note: supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slope of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean radius built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan on plan to any radius in half brick thickness wall, built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends, including removing for concrete and refixing with 1:2:4, type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) or in 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade of any shape and size confirming to IS -15658-2021 with grey cement and pigment as approved over and including 50mm thick sand cushion and 100mm thick plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in man hole, surface channel and drain including finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.
