Excavation in trenches not. exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in,including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with locally available dry sand for protection of cable 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching the cable below the bricks/PCC cover ,punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Punned thickness of sand i.e 18 cm to be consider for measurement purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concrete in foundation of poles and stay assembly for bed concrete or as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concrete in foundation of stay assembly and pole or as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching,coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles or as per site requirement with necessary plastering work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old rusted pipe and material and labour for 100 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, including 02 Nos of Flat Iron clamps of size 50x6mm, with nut bolt and washers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of damaged/ rusted steel tabular poles any size and removal from site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and erection in replacement steel tubular swaged welded poles 9.0m long complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 300mmx300mm at bottom duly welded and MS pole cap at top, poles shall made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS-1161 part-II, type 410 SP -31 including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms/clamps, poles shall be painted internally throughout using anti corrosive black bituminous paint and externally painted with two coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint for expose surface and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete,painting three alternating layer of each black and yellow paints at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, writing pole no. with black paint in yellow paint circle 10cm dia at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Any wire, any type cable, any type box, CCTV camera, any type street light fitting, poster,picture or any items fixed with old pole shall be taken down carefully and safely and refixed to the new steel pole in same position in quoted rates.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board,LT panel etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L Painting of LT steel tubular pole 7.5 mtr long (above ground) after cleaning the complete body surface of pole by rubing with emery paper to remove old paint,dust etc and applying two coat of aluminium paint by brush to complete pole and painting three alternating layer of each black and yellow synthetic enamel paint at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, writing pole no. with black paint in yellow paint circle 10cm dia at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of LT RCC poles pole 7.5 mtr long (above ground) after cleaning the complete body surface of pole by rubing with emery paper to remove old paint,dust etc and applying two coat of white cement based paint by brush to complete pole and painting three alternating layer of each black and yellow synthetic enamel paint at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, writing pole no. with black paint in yellow paint circle 10cm dia at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Scrapping and removing of existing paint,dust,rust by emery paper or other means and preparation of smooth surface for painting and painting with two coat of high quality synthetic enamel paint with approved colour on any size ,any type and any capacity feeder pillar box, LT panel including writing of incoming and outgoing location of all cables on LT panels and feeder pillar boxs with high quality synthetic enamel paint red colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation,commisioning and testing Weather proof busbar chamber 600x450x300MM made out of 2 MM thick CRCA steel sheet & 40x5 MM angle iron frame suitable for mounting 1 mtr above ground level with locking arrangements incl. Provn of 4 Nos aluminium busbar of 600 Amps rating mounted on insulated frames 2 Nos incl. connecting up incoming & outgoing cables complete with glands,lugs incl.painted with two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in foundation for mounting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
