Dismantling all electrical connection and taking out indoor/outdoor unit of split AC after disconnect suction & liquid line and repair cleaning, servicing and overhauling of the same including Air filter, blower motor (indoor/outdoor) and adjusting of remote control and checking all electrical devices including fixing cable socket/ gland etc and reassembling and fixing in position and leakage check the unit, charging refrigerant gas as required in the system complete all as directed. (Note:- (i) Spares required for repair and gas shall be paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'/BoQ. Taking down old u/s remote control assembly and dismantling the unit and replaced the unserviceable item such as PCB, transformer and magnetic coil suitable for split AC and reassembling the same including testing complete all as directed.

Dismantling all electrical connection from the unserviceable compressor unit and disconnect gas line and taking out burned compressor of capacity 2 TR and supply and install new compressor 2 TR 230 V, 50 Hz suitable for split AC including recharging of gas (M-22), mounting pad nut and bolt and reassembling all the connection in its original location and testing complete all as directed. (Make - Carrier/ Kirloskar/ Emerson).

All as per item No. 4 here - in - before but 1.5 TR capacity.

Dismantling all electrical connection from the blower motor and taking out unserviceable burnt blower motor and supply and install blower motor suitable for 2/1.5 TR split AC and reassembling all the connection in its original location and testing complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 6 here-in-before but condenser fan motor 2/1.5 TR split AC.

Supply and fixing remote control asy with control circuit or connected wire suitable for 2 TR/1.5 TR split type AC complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgrated (Zinic & alloy coated) Zinic coated (80-100) microns with pure (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns earthing system confirming IS-3034 the outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia 3 mtr length zinic coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal the annular space between the pipes being filledup with compact fill(CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) the compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintgrate or collapse when outer pipe corrods, the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrode/conductolite back fill compound (Ground enhancer)the BFC should dbe eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pitcover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (as per soil condition) extra perpit/unit. As earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is indirect contact with the ground and thus provides ameans of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials should have a good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion properrty in wide range of soil condition complete and testing on completion including dismantlingh unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed Make ASHLOK Model ASEELor equivalent Note:- Earth result should be obtain minimum 1 Ohm.
