Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading,unloading And stacking Earth (3km)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 10mm thick acid and or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and or alkali resisting mortar bedding and joints filled with acid and or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.In dado/skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand). Acid and alkali resistant tile.

Polyethylene water storage tank with cover and suitable locking arrangement

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed vitrified tiles of colour standard white, grey, ivory, fume, red brown, light green, light blue, and other light shades with water absorption less than or equal to 0.08% confirming to IS : 13753 & IS : 15622 in floor, steps etc laid on bed on neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on wall and pillar) Size 600mm x 600mm

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete
