The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity of the tendered item from Original manufacturer or their authorized dealers. Clause 16.5 , 23.0. of General tender condition of Eastern Railway Stores department will be applicable.

General tenders conditions, IRS conditions of contract and the special conditions of tender. 5 ) Have you submitted/uploaded the evidence of tender cost deposited by you against this tender. 6 ) Have you quoted submitted/uploaded the performance statement supported by copies by purchase orders. Receipt Notes and inspection certificate as the case may be. 7 ) Have you submitted earnest money deposited. 8 ) Have you kept your offer valid for 90 days. 9 ) Do you agree to the guarantee /warranty as per specification, and, in case specification does not contain GC/WC, then do you agree GC/WC as per IRS conditions of contract. 10) In case of authorised dealer, have you uploaded authorization certificate. 11) Whether SVC is applicable or Not. 1 2 ) Please mentioned your approved factory address for the purpose of inspection.
