Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete, (Nominal mix), type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cills, coping, apex stone, bed plates and lintel upto 1.6m clear span etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Brick work with flyash bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 04 here-in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses(framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing(Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to grade Fe-420 W(Gde-E-50) quality-A, steel work duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer incl preparation of surfaces all as specified.

S&F 2nd class hard wood (sal/hollock), glazed and skelton shutters 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing palin, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Pt-I Section 8.24(a) supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete including fixing only iron mongery such as tower bolt,handle,hinges,aldrop bolt etc all as specified.

S&F factory made, 2nd class hard wood (sal/hollock), plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides, the side of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, 35 mm thick complete including fixing only iron mongery such as tower bolt,handle,hinges,aldrop bolt etc all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each, and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each, and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each, and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down and refixing shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 Sqm each in same opening, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tube for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat mouleded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixed in the frame at site as per specification clause No.8B.1 to 8B.10 and drawing on page No. 146 of MES SSR-2004 Part-II complete including fixing only iron mongery such as tower bolt,handle,hinges,aldrop bolt etc all as specified

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supply & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing shown in SSR Part-II, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F aluminum handles cast type, anodised, 150mm size complete all as specified .

S&F100mm long Butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of 200 mm long mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enameled black, with bright bolt all as specified.

S&F of mild steel sliding door bolt plate type 250 mm long stove enameled black with bright bolt not less 12 mm dia bolt with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate, complete all as specified .

S&F of stainless steel wire clothcut to size, 0.36 mm nominal dia wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staple complete all as specified .

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel staple complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings with ends of bars shouldered or reveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar works, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to grade Fe.290.Gde-E-165, steel work duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

S & F box type steel window double leaf double shutter (gauge shutter will open inside and glaze shutter will open outside) with side hung shutter including box type hinges with peg stay 300mm long and 100 mm long handles of Z Section welded to frames & 150 mm long tower bolt welded to shutter one each at top and bottom to each shutter complete with glazing bar for one shutter and gauze bars of FI 10x 3mm thick dovetailed or welded including 12 mm sqm guard bars 150 mm centre to centre All as specified (Note:-Glass and wire gauze shall be measured and paid seperately)..

S&F factory made mild steel ventilators box type with upper top hung shutter and bottom fixed type shutters including pintol hinges and ,steel peg stay and one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc and providing one shop coat of primer and tarring back side of frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated,semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M & L for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type of cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Except sheet 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type of cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any position, including taking out embeded portion,concrete, brick work, masonary etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire, chain link, mesh fencing or any type and any position etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hand rails, half rounded or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for door,balusters, noising to steps including embedding in concrete and screweing etc wind ties including securing bolts post and struts in fencing drilling holes,notching for wire etc flat iron fillets including necessary drilling, bolting and reveting etc or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (each line wire to be measured).

M&L Mild Steel round bars 10 mm dia Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild Steel nuts and bolts of size 12mm dia bolt exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long etc and dia of neck 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chain link fencing 4mm dia bar and mesh size 100x100mm complete including line wires of any mesh size and to any type of standards rails,straining bolts etc including provisioning of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC (SWR) Pipe 110mm dia single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L uprooting of plants (girth n.exc 15 cm of trunk to any type of plants grown along the pipes or walls chajjas, parapets and roof of building (incl multistoried) and making good the surface as per existing surface and pouring acid not less than 100 ml for each plant in the roof to avoid further growth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any thickness, including cover fillets etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F GI frame work 605x605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit / tie / purlins etc, at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel suspenders of appropriate size fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, including provision of 4 mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement board, ISI marked, fixed to snap grid frame works 605 x 605 mm as in ceiling, flat or sloppy as per manufacture's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for designer Digital Glazed ceramic(doble charged) coloured tiles (glossy finish) 300mm x 600mm x 7/8mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 200mm x 7/450X250x7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non skid coloured 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300X300X20 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 75mm thick , Plain cement concrete, (Nominal Mix), Type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floors finished rough surface to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC type D-2 1:4:8, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement with spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete, (Nominal Mix), type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drain, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or stone/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete with water proofing compound all as specified. (WPC shall be measured separtely)

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bond distemper on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified.

M&L precast cement concrete jallies 25mm thick (measured solid set in cement mortar 1:4 incl all moulding and necessry form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block 50% grey and 50% coloured any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 over and incl 75mm thick PCC type D2 (1:4:8) and 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down steel rolling shutters manually operated type with ball bearing cover hood and channel, anchoring rod etc of size upto 25 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp & staple & one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs to existing steel rolling shutters without ball bearing by taking down top cover, anchoring rod, spring etc and providing new springs and anchoring rod, replacing the worn out strips, safety lever lock of shutters and welding of handle, hasp staple and other broken articles etc, greasing the spring, guide rail, shaft etc and making functional and errecting in position, including refixing of top cover/hood etc, and refixing in same opening and making good in CM 1:3/PCC to match the existing surface, opening n.exc. 10 sqm each and finally painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including 20mm thick screeding in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and laying 3mm thick polymeric waterproofing membrane of 3.5 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with overlap of 10 cms( with torch application) and overlaps are to be sealed by flame torch and applying one coat of IWL Aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.(Note:-Using roller for painting and use scrapping machine for scrapping work)

M&L for prepration of old steel/iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Preparation of old plastered/unplastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint (including wahsing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces), complete all as specifed.

Preparation of old plastered/unplastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty (including wahsing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces), complete all as specifed.

M&L for old plastered surfaces applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium external weatherproof paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1mm thick wall care putty. complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Apex Ultima protect/Berger paints(weather coat smooth)).

Hacking out old broken glasses (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or steel frames, glazed with putty or fixed with wooden beads, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality, and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares n.exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
