Supply and fixing of overhead gantry/cantilever type XI retro reflective sign plate made out of 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel, faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter and logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of Aluminium sheeting. The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy or Powder coating. The sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40x40x5 angle Iron.
Supply of steel structure in single section Built up section Frame from M.S. black pipes (medium duty) as per IS-1239 (part-1) 1979 with connecting plate and anchor bolts including cutting welding bolting fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, including foundation bolts.
Foundation work of foundation RCC 1 2 4 including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering backfilling and removal of excess earth as per drawing.
Erection Overhead Gantry sign board and Structure withwith gantry cranes at site including nut bolting etc.
