Partition for Curved display panel: Providing & fixing of MR grade 4mm thick or more flexi plywood sheet of make GREEN, CENTURY, or Merino on both the sides of aluminium frame work (anodized) with sandwich section detail as per detailed design drawing. The finishing will be done with laminate sheet of 1 mm thickness of equilant make. The laminate and flexi plywood sheet will cover the aluminum framewrok from both sides. The panel is made out from flexi plywood with required cutting and modification work proper in line level with outside fixing of high qualitylaminate sheets of 1 mm thickness of Green/Century or equalant make with edge side pasting as per approved sample for color and finish (matt/glossy). The Rock wool inside the framework to provide insaulation. The required size for this panelling thickness will be 100 mm minimum. the work to be completed as per detailed drawings.

Glass panel: Supplying, Installing, Transporting, fixing and commissioning of 8mm toughened high performance glass with single enchance sparking ICE (ST-167) of saint Gobain, ASHAI or equivalent fixed with help of putty/ silicon to make with cutting, fitting of required hardware, material & labour etc work completed as per detailed drawings of glass display box and panels as directed by engineer in-charge.

Supplying, Installing, Transporting, fixing and commissioning of Aluminium frame work for platform 600mm c/c bothways for floor panelling as per design drawing consisting of aluminium tubular sections of size 50x38mm having thickness not less than 2mm. The frame to be fixed to the existing floor by means of angle holdfasts of suitable length out of 35x35x4mm MS/Aluminium angle duly given redoxide and paint complete with expandable anchor fasteners of 65x10mm dia fixed o @1200mm C/C bothways.The frame work shall be executed as per drawings ,specifications & instructions of engineer in charge.

Acoustics and Panelling:- Suppy,Installtion,Transportation and commissioning Dry wall partition of 86 mm thick made of 0.5 mm thick Gyptech metal stud of 70 mm having unequal flange of 34 mm and 36 mm respectively, the metal stund shall be fixed with the help of floor and ceiling channel of 72 mm having equal flange of 25 mm, first the floor and ceiling channel shall be fixed to floor and soffit with mechanical fastner, than the 70 mm stud shall be inserted between the floor and ceiling channel at a distance of 600 mm c/c. Both side single layer of perforated fiber cement/Calcium silicate board of 8mm thick shall be screwed on to stud uning 25 mm self tapping screw at 300 mm c/c in staggred to first layer. The board shall have a special perforated pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 2mm width and 30mm each. The Back side of each panel is being perforated with 8mm round hole for superior acoustic performance. Installed on specially extruded aluminum sections of 25 mm duly fixed using screws and plugs spacing at 600mm c/c. Place the Pax -GROOWOOD clip to install the first set of wooden panels by inserting the clips for border and insert the groove of panel into projecting flange of aluminium clip. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into the groove of earlier inserted panel and progressively installing clips for inside into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Use clips for the border to finish off the installation. Edges should be finished using wooden moulding of matching colour.
