Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (PCC 1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for providing cemnet concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 15 mm rendering in CM 1:4 on on other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surafaces.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Camouflage Paint) applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as per manufacturer instruction.

Demolition of RCC of any description and any position not othervise provided for.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2: 4 (20 mm graded agg) in pre cast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminals posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area exc 100 and n.exc 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat splayed rounded or mitered tops as directed and fixed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia

M/L mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire anealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as spacified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as spacified and directed.

S/F MS steel post struts fencing post including cutting top to shape,drilling holes notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling bolting andd similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious paint exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel not exceeding 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

Dismantling barbed wire from post.

S&F in repair galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as spacified and directed. (Note: Each line wire to be measured seperately.)

Fixing only, galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as spacified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh any type.
