Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of frangible & illuminated landing direction indicator (Landing H) confirming to ICAO Annex 14, volume I and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and consist of following complete as required. (a) Alluminium frame alongwith suitable mounting structure. Dimension shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 and frangibility of structure shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-6/FAA. The structure shall be powder coated with prepferably aviation yellow paint. (b) 33 nos. 9 W nominal capacity LED lamps alongwith Lamps mounting arrangement for outdoor conditions. (c) Landing T indication by illumination and changeover facility. (d) Control box, internal copper wiring, provision for remote control operation. (e) Providing civil foundations for each legs along with MS anchor base plate as per directions of E-I-C. (f) Any other component required for operation of landing direction indicator.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of frangible & externally illuminated Wind Direction Indicator conforming to ICAO & CAR standards and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz single phase supply and consist of following as required: (a) 4.5 mtr high FRP frangible pole/mast of red/white colour. The frangibility shall conforming to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-VI/FAA guidelines. (b) Wind sock cone should have a length of not less than 3.60 m and diameter, at larger end, of not less than 0.90 m as per technical specifications. (c) Illuminating indicator with Four nos. 20 watt LED lamps with lamps mounting arrangement for outdoor conditions. (d) One no. LED aviation obstruction light having aluminium cast body and red polycarbonate dome, internal wiring, provision for remote control operation. (e) Providing and laying 1:2:4 Cement Concrete foundation for installation of WDI and casting pedestal all around upto 7.5 m radius with 100mm thick 1:2:4 cement concrete & neat finish top surface as per OEM recommendations & as per direction of EIC. (f) Any other component required for operation of WDI.

Providing and fixing of 125 Amp, 4 Pole, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) in sheet steel enclosure and terminal spreaders including cable end box on both sides (height of each end box shall be 450mm), making connections, etc. as required. Make : Havells, Cat. No. IHYFCDE125 or equivalent.

Supply of following sizes of 1.1kv grade multicore Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable (as per IS : 7098:1988 with upto date amendments) complete as requried as per specifications.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of canopy type Outdoor feeder pillar Junction Box Panel, with cable alley on both sides, size 400H x 600L x 300D (height excluding canopy), made of 2 mm thick sheet steel for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates, totally enclosed, IP 54, free standing, floor mounting, bottom cable entry, suitable for termination of 3.5Cx120sq mm AL armoured cable, dust and vermin proof, including cleaning & finishing complete with powder coating, suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415V, 50 Hz AC system, with high conductivity FP Aluminium 320A bus bar links. DMC/SMC busbar supports, and supply & fixing of stand made out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron of 600mm size in 1:2:4 cement concrete. Entire panel shall have a common GI earthbar of size 25mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth studs.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of (1P+NPE) Lightning current & Surge Protection Device at DB Application-optimised and prewired spark-gap-based type 1 + type 2 combined lightning current and surge arrester. Nominal a.c. voltage (UN) 1 phase, 230 (50 Hz). Operating state / fault indication. High follow current extinguishing capacity (Ifi = 50 kArms). Lightning impulse current (10/350 µs) [L-N]/[N-PE] (Iimp)=25KA/50KA. Nominal discharge current (8/20 µs) [L-N]/[N-PE] (In)=25KA/50KA with facility of remote monitoring. Temporary overvoltage (TOV) [L-N] (UT) – Characteristic - 440 V / 120 min. – withstand. The device shall be certified by KEMA or VDE or NABL lab as per IEC 61643-11:2011 or or EN 61643- 11:2012 with transparent enclosure IP65.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of (3P+NPE) Lightning current & Surge Protection Device at mains LT panel (3 phase, 415 V) combined lightning current and surge arrester, type 1+ type 2. The device shall be non-exhausting metal encapsulated, spark gap based technology and tested as per latest and valid IEC 61643-11:2011 or EN 61643-11:2012 standards. It shall be capable to discharge Lightning current (10/350µs) of 25kA/ 50kA, Nominal discharge current (8/20 µs)of 25kA/50kA and voltage protection level of device shall be ≤ 1.5 KV including inbuilt fuse for L-N. Follow current extinguishing capability [L-N]/[N-PE] : 50kArms / 100Arms. The device shall have built in fuse and operation of SPD shall be independent of Line current for L-N SPD. The short circuit with stand capability of the device shall be 50 KArms for L-N SPD. The device shall have indication for both the states (‘healthy’ and 'failure') on L-N and N-PE. The device shall be certified by KEMA or VDE or NABL lab as per IEC 61643-11:2011 or or EN 61643-11:2012 for testing of all parameter at 10/350 µs and 8/20 µs with transparent enclosure IP65.

Providing & fixing in position 1000 mm wide , Electrical Insulating Mats as per IS 15652:2006, 2mm thick, suitable upto 3.3 KV, fire retardant,no effect of acids, alkalies and transformer oils, moisture proof, high tensile strength and texture finish / cloth impression (Anti slip , marking on top) .

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.
