Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100 x 30 mm and 2 mm (+-0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (+_ 0.1mm) wall thickness. They panels filled vertcally and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing & fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba , all complete - Orissa pattern W.C.Pan of size 580x440 mm.

Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Providing and laying rectified ceramic rustic / matt finish floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make (Somany / Nitco) in all colours, shades, except white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complte (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures).

Applying two coats of cement based polymer modified bonding admixture (FOSROC or equivalent) over the existing RCC members after removing the plastering and cleaning the concrete surfaces and saturated with clean water. The cost including all materials labour charges.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine sand).

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achive even shade and colour - Two coats.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines.Dechocking and flusing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth.

Providing and fixing solid plastic seat with lid for pedestal type W.C. pan complete - white solid plastic seat with lid.

Attending repair work to aluminium sliding windows and ventilators including cost of rubber beading, handle, locks, hinges, screws and labour charges excluding cost of glass panes and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
