Note: 1. Defective major components/spares elaborated hereafter in respecive item of BOQ shall be measured as supply only. Labour element for those items is included under item 46 of BOQ.

Disconnecting all electric/water supply connection from the suction sweepper machine/mono block pump set of capacity 3HP to 5.5HP electric driven AC single/three phase, 230 /415 Volts of any make/model from any installation, transporting to workshop dismantling, removing the burnt out windings, cleaning the stator slots and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge, insulating, proper heat varnishing, returned from work shop and re-installation at same position including commissioning and testing complete all as specified for the following capacity pumps.

Repair overhauling of suction swipper machine/mono block pump up to 2 to 5 HP by replacing worn out gland packing, gasket, bearing bushes, Scraping out of pump casing, bolts, nuts, washers etc, cleaning greasing tightening of bolts, nuts incl painting with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint to pump only, Re-installation incl alignment with motor, testing and all as specified and directed .

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 25x4 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and directed including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

Disconnecting to all electric connections from LT panel and motor for repair to motor starter of any make/any capacities 30 HP to 60 HP, star-delta starter, automatic type suitable for submersible pumps, transportation to workshop and re-installation the same at site after necessary repair/ replacement of old defective/ damaged spare parts of existing makes and specifications, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Cost of new spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of tools and plants, minor spare parts such as copper wire, lubricants and transportation to workshop shall be deemed included in quoted rate.
