Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of 400 mm diameter (inner dia) size of Condensor water piping plumbing (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.), The pipe shall be heavy class as per IS: 3589, having minimum thickness 7mm thick MS sheet complete etc as required.

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of 250 mm diameter (inner dia) size of Condensor water piping plumbing (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.), The pipe shall be heavy class as per IS: 3589, having minimum thickness 6.35mm thick MS sheet complete etc as required.

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of 150 mm diameter (inner dia) size of Condensor water piping plumbing (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.), The pipe shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239, complete etc as required.

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of 125 mm diameter (inner dia) size of Condensor water piping plumbing (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.), The pipe shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239, complete etc as required.

Supply & erection of motor operated valves (butterfly/gate/globe) for water circuit of 250mm ID as per specification.

Supply & erection of valves (butterfly/gate/globe) for water circuit of 125mm ID as per specification.

Supply & ercetion of valves (butterfly/gate/globe) for water circuit of 100mm ID for chiller make up pump.

Supply & ercetion of valves (butterfly/gate/globe) for water circuit of 65mm ID for chiller make up pump.

Supply & Erection of 250mm ID flange as per site requirements

Supply & Erection of 150mm ID flange as per site requirements

Supply of gear operated valves (butterfly/gate/globe) for water circuit of 250mm ID as per specification.

Erection of gear operated valves (butterfly/gate/globe) for water circuit of 250mm ID as per specification.

Repair & rectification of AHU of 24000/20000 CFM including ,replacement of pulley , Alignment of motor & Blower, Arrest air leakage of AHU, Motor heat varnish & bearing replacement, Electrical Connections checking by contactless thermography testing instrument, CFM Measurement, complete etc as required.

Repair & rectification of AHU of 10000/12000 CFM including ,replacement of pulley , Alignment of motor & Blower, Arrest air leakage of AHU, Motor heat varnish & bearing replacement, Electrical Connections checking by contactless thermography testing instrument, CFM Measurement, complete etc as required.

Repair & rectification of AHU of 4000CFM including, ,replacement of pulley , Alignment of motor & Blower, Arrest air leakage of AHU, Motor heat varnish & bearing replacement, Electrical Connections checking by contactless thermography testing instrument, CFM Measurement, complete etc as required.

Supply & replacement of Air Filter of following size & Specification, Pre Filter:- EU4 with non woven aluminium mesh, efficiancy 90% down to 10 Micron particle size with IPD 4-5 mm of Wg & FPD 25mm of Wg suitable to work on ambient temperature, of size 600MM X 600MM X 50MM

Supply & replacement of Air Filter of following size & Specification, Pre Filter:- EU4 with non woven aluminium mesh, efficiancy 90% down to 10 Micron particle size with IPD 4-5 mm of Wg & FPD 25mm of Wg suitable to work on ambient temperature, of size 600MM X 300MM X 50MM

Dismantling of existing 250 mm ID MS pipeline including buy back.
