Civil Works: Earthwork in excavaticn for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of col., steps etc., including refilling the quantities as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out of water where necessary as directed and specified: (A) Up to a depth of 2.00m below the existirlg ground level. Pre constructional anti-termite at the bottom of foundation pits and walls on either sideup to a height of 300mm from bottom of the excavation made for colournn plinth beam wall, trenches etc. by applying the emulsion @5 (five) litre per square meter of the surface are before starting construction work ( supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the department complete. 35.1 Supplying installation , testing and commissioning of following raing copper wound out door type transformer complete including the payment to be made to power supply authority for supervision charge, labour charge cost of LT and HT metering etc.( excluding load security and making necessary arrangement for charging approval of the sub- station from the complete authority as directed and specified by the deptt. Transformer should be as per CEA guide line as amended up to date 200 KVA star rating up to 5 star above 200 KVA as per guide lines cusses along with LV endurance. 35.1.3 100KVA 50Hz 11/0.33 KVA oil filled transformer with off circuit tap change.
36.5 supplying and erection to stay complete (Galve) with 19mm dia. X 18m long stay rod anchor plate of size 30 cm X 6.4mm thimble stay clamps buckle (19mm X 60mm) 7/3.15 mm dia. G.I Stay and starin insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 refilling etc. as required and directed by the deptt.
36.11 Supplying and fitting fixing Galvanized channel of 100mm X 50mm X 65mm X 2200 m long complete with clamps, bolts and nuts etc. as required and directed by the deptt.
36.14 Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator (Poly) with G.I pin bolts and nuts coach screws etc. as required and directed by the deptt.
36.16 Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator (Poly) 45 KV with hardwere fittings etc. as required and as directed by the deptt.
36.22 Supplying and fitting of 11 KV 400 A gang operated switch all accessories complete as directed by the deptt.
36.23 Supplying and fixing 11 KV 150 AD.O. fuse set complete as required and as directed by the deptt.
36.24 Supplying and fixing 11 KV lightening ammeter set complete as required and as directed by the deptt.
36.25 Supplying and fixing pole vlamp complete as required and as directed by the deptt.
36.30 Supplying and string up AAAC Racon conductor in the existing P.S.C./M.S.// Galvanized pole with binding etc. as required and as directed by the deptt.
36.34 Supplying, erection and commissioning of the following specification as per IS:2713:410 SP hot dip Galvanised steel tublar pole manufacturing out from electrically welded 3 (three) section having a bus bar plate including providing all required building materials as directed and specified by the deptt. (bansal/SRP/ Valmont/ Paruthi Engr make) 36.34.9 410SP 43 length of pole 10.00 metre length of section bottom= 5.20M, Middle= 2.40M, Top=2.10M. Out side, and thickness, Bottom= 193.70 x 5.40 mm. Middle 138.70 x 4.50 mm. Top = 114.3x3.65m.
36.42 Supplying including installation of 11 KV CT/PT combine metering system complete as required and as directed by the department. (or as per APDCL)
Add payment to be made for load security to ASEB Authority.
