The Railway reserves the right to procure entire or bulk quantity from original manufacturer or their authorized dealers / distributor. Original manufacturer firm having past performance satisfying 16.4 of general tender conditions of Eastern Railway stores department will be considered. In case of dealer /distributor of original manufacture, firm has to upload valid tender specific authoraisation from OEM failing which their offer will be ignored. Sources are same/similar as per OEM & Authoraised Dealer .
