Taking out filter media top layer from filter bed with the help of basket, ladder and staching and stacking out on plateform, washing & placing the same into the filter beds average depth 10'

Taking out filter media second layer to bottom layer from filter bed with the help of basket, ladder and staching and stacking out on plateform, washing & placing the same into the filter beds average depth 10'

Taking out of RCC bed plates of size 16"x16"x2" from existing filter beds by manual labour with the help of labour and stacking out side on the plateform washing and placing the same in the bed of filter beds including cleaning & washing of main drain, cross drain and alum mixing hodi and other structure of STP with the help of wire brush, basket and ladder etc. complete in all respect.

Supply of good quality top layer filter media for rapid sand filteration plant of effective size 0.45 to 0.70 mm from quarry at Jhasi with with placing in existing filter beds at Canal Based Water Works Lehroda. Filter media should be uniformily coefficient not less than 1.30 & not morethan 1.70 having celica content should be not less than 90% as per specification of filter media for rapid sand filteration plant complete in all respect. Shape size & quality of filter media sand should be as per norms given below:- i) Sand shall be hard and reistant quartzitc and pre of dust partcles, soft granite and dirt of every description ii) Effective size of filter media shall be 0.45 to 0.70 mm iii) Uniforminty coefficient shall not be more than 1.7 nor less than 1.3 iv) Ignition loss should not exceed 0.70% by weight v) Solublc friction in Hydroclone acid shall not exceed 5.00% by weight vi) Cilica content should be not less than 90.00% vii) Specific gravity shall be in the range 2.55 to 2.65 viii) Wearing loss shall not exceed 3.00%
