Taking down carefully Ceiling Fan 1200/1400 mm sweep or any size any capacity including dismentling of blade down rod fan for recognised defects at site or deposit to store complete all as sepcified and directed. Note : (i) Refixing and Reconnection etc. of ceiling fan, painting/over hauling etc shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Any damage or loss of fan during taking down shall be made good by the contractor at own cost and arrangement.

M&L for opening of ceiling fan for assessing listing nature and repair/overhauling, providing new lubricating, grease in bearing/bushes, nuts, bolts, locking bolts, blades screws, split pin, PVC connector, washers. Re-assembling, commissioning and testing complete and refixing in position upto 4 m height complete all as sepcified and directed. Note:- All major rerpair such as replacement of Bush, bearing, condensor, shaft, connection wire, winding & painting will be measured & paid separately.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but refixing in position above 4 m height.

S&F in replacement of ball bearing (No 6201, 6202 & 6203) suitable for Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep suitable as per site requirements complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L for removing of burnt winding from ceiling fan stator of size 1200mm/1400mm sweep and rewinding the same with equal gauge of super enameled copper winding wire, insulating paper, varnishing, connection wire of copper condutor of suitable size and testing complete including transportation to contractor's work shop and bringing back to store complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) M&L required for opening of ceiling fan in MES store yard and taking out the unserviceable parts i.e bush, bearing, shaft, winding if any. (ii) Old winding of the fans will be destroyed/damaged by the of contractor in presence of MES rep before taking out the same for rewinding and only rotor is handed over for rewinding. (b) After rewinding the same complete fan to be fix in the MES Store yard by a skilled electrician and will be tested for 24 hours continious running. In case of any fault by means of any items i.e bearing, shaft or any other item the same will be repaired by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for scraping all foreign materials with emery paper, cleaning the body, blades, legs, frame and down rod (preparatory work) for painting ceiling fan and painting with one coat of supper enameled white paint (spray paint)/grey paint and writing of MES No. with synthetic enameled black paint for Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete all as sepcified and directed.

S&F Hanging clamp suitable for ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep of any make complete with nuts, bolts, rubber reel and locking pin complete all as sepcified and directed.

S&F in replacement of gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fan as per site requirements complete all as sepcified and directed.

S&F capacitor 2.5 mfd ± 5%, 220/230/415 volts AC, 50 c/s complete all as sepcified and directed. Make: EPCOS/TIBCON or other make as approved by GE.

S&F capacitor 3.15 mfd ± 5%, 220/230/415 volts AC, 50 c/s complete all as sepcified and directed. Make :EPCOS/TIBCON or other make as approved by GE.

M&L for fan hook made out of MS flat 50x6 mm suitably shaped to mount on 40 mm dia GI pipe including welded MS bar 10 mm dia half round shaped & necessary nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for remetalling to worn out shaft of fan motor turning complete to obtain the standard dia of shaft for fixing standard size bearings/bushes to ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of Exhaust fan/wall fan/Pedestal fan/air circulator any make any size from any position at site transporating to MES store Yard & dismantling blades opening the stator and rotor of fan and providing new lubricating, grease in bearing/bushes, reassembling including providing nuts, bolts, locking bolts, blades screws, split pin, rubber reel, PVC connector, rubber pad, washers whereas required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All major repair such as replacement of Bush, bearing, condensor, shaft, connection wire, winding & painting will be measured & paid separately under supply only items here-in-after.

Refixing, connecting and testing Exhaust fan/wall fan/Pedestal fan/air circulator any make any size in any position at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC insulated three core wire copper conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 0.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Plaza/Polycab/Havells

M&L for making circular holes suitable for fixing of 18” sweep Exhaust fans by cutting the wall any thickness/ required circumstances for exhaust of air and including grouting of rag bolts and nuts complete including finishing of disturbed surfaces by using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 36.00 above but suitable for 12” sweep exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.
