Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with granite, trap or basalt etc, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 10kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat on black top surfaces with paving bitumen @ 5.00Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.34 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 18.25 kg per 10 sqm of binder (paving bitumen VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L liquid seal coat by applying paving bitumen grade (VG-30) @ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqm & rolled to a uniformed smooth surface by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen Gde VG-30 any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 ton power road roller and rolled to a uniform smoth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified. (Note No price adjustment shall be made in case of variation in percentage of binder content and this aspect shall be considered while quoting of unit rate).

M&L repair to pot holes exe 30mm depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat with catoinic emulsion (Primer) @ 5 kg/ 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminus mecadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with paving bitumen Gde-VG-30 @ 9.8 kg/ 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) laid in required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying retroreflected thermoplastic road marking paint upto 10cm wide in road edges with 3.00 mm thickness, applied using mechanically propelled vehicle consisting heated hopper mounted on a pram, which feeds hot molten thermoplastic under gravity to a retangular screed with a gate at the base whose opening is set to produce the thickness specified complete and as directed.

S&F delineator made of acrylic material fitted with high intensity reflex reflector in white/yellow colour fitted on CRCA pipe 60cm long painted with powder coated or stove enamelled white/black colour provided with wire gauge for safety of reflector enbedded in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (size of block 30cm x 30cm x 30cm) all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye body made of carbonate with electronicly prismatic retroreflactive lines on boath sides for maximum retro reflacting in wet and dry condition fixed with adhesive /apoxy complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick (un reinforced) and removing debris from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection/Path/hardstanding finished the concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced)of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, precast PCC bond stones including separating serviceable stones/boulders & setting aside for reuse in the work and removal of unserviceable materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto uncourse, well bonded bedded & solidely hearted, built in C:M (1:6) including laying PVC pipe in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lacquer coated coloured chequered cement conc. Tiles 300 X300 X 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Forming embankment including raising (or lowering) earth,spreading in layers n.exc 30cm thiclk watering ,ramming /rolling and finishing to requered size,shape etc n.exc 1.5 m high from base including depositing the soil including removing the excavated material (for depositing ) from a distance of exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5KM all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Solling (or sub base) 200mm thick with brocken boulders or quarried stone ,interstices filled ,surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as directed.

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.405 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 21.90 kg per 10 sqm of binder (paving bitumen VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like with hot applied thermoplastic paint, white or yellow, compound thickness of 2.5mm incl reflectorised glass @ 250 gm/sqm area conforming to IRC standard complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary or precast concrete block walling , built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but exclusing ashlar facings, dressed stoneswork and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out as inHard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 as in plum concrete in retaining walls including plums of Stone boulders ( basalt, trap or any other approved) of size 150mm to 300mm complete all as directed.complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Volume of stone boulders should not exceed 25% of concrete)

Supply only stone boulder (basalt,trap or any other approved) of size 200 to 300mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC beam / band including necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0, (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 31.00 here-in-before but for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to faces of wall, retaining wall for rough finished surface all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 75mm bore PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes all as specified and as directed.

S&F of geosynthetic material 75mm dia as in weep holes cover all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hand packing using Broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of RR stone masonry retaining wall and raising or lowering to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in thick as in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
