REPAIR TO RUNWAY, HELIPAD AREA, TAXI TRACK AND ALLIED WORK UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (SOUTH) MAMUN

M&L for raking out existing filling from contraction/construction joints of runway/taxi track & dispersal area, depth varying 20mm to 25mm and width 10mm to 15mm including scrubbing of joint with diamond cutter to remove sticked sealing compound from sides of joints in totality and rubbish off the debris out of premises, cleaning the bottom & side surfaces of joint with brush and finally fanning with compressed air to make the joints free from all loose material (i.e. dirt/dust etc), making good to true line, applying suitable primer of approved make to sides & bottoms of joints as per manufacturer's instructions and filling the joints with polyurethane material of approved make all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The make of primer shall be the same that of polyurthane material.

Cutting of grass/vegetation/hedges/bushes and wild growth of any type/size/height by mechanical means on the berms upto a distance of 1.5m from dispersal/taxi track and surface dressing the area of berms manually including removal of vegetation/rubbish to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing in low lying area where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing concrete / bituminous surfaces of Helipad / Dispersal area and applying one coat of water thinable road marking paint Black in colour as in circles & letters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing concrete / bituminous surface of helipad / taxi track and applying one coat of water thinable road marking paints white or golden yellow colour in lines, dashes, arrows & letters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for thermoplastic road marking paint not less than 2mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrows, dashes & letters width and girth as directed by Engr-in-charge, mixed with retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gm/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, applied hot, using application unit, laid as per manufacturer's instructions incl complete removal of existing thermoplastic paint of any thickness by mechanical means & cleaning of surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for de-silting blocked storm water drain/nallaha and culvert etc by taking out mud, soil, aggregate, debris, removal to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing in low lying area where directed and cleaning the exposed surfaces of walls, bed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal debries out of MoD complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item No 9 here-in-before but except bricks . Note:- Old serviceable bricks retrieved by demolition of existing brick work shall be re-used.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete incl removing dabries complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering plaster 12 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed. (Inner girth only shall be measured).

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors, pavements etc finished even & rough to receive floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with top 6-8mm layer with white cement mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over and including 50 mm thick cushion of screened & washed river sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for framed work as in grills, gratings etc with end of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars confirming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 for drain cover frames including necessary cutting, welding, drilling, bolting etc as required complete all as specifiedand directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken boulders of gauge exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods , shelves, cover slab and plate form etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in platforms, shelves, cover slabs etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finish including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, making joints at every 2.5 m in both sides duly filled with mixure of bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and directed.
