M & L Pre-stressed concrete pole, 9 m long, 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom, class 10 including taking down carefully the exisitng unserviceable pole, serviceable street light fitting and ACSR conductor including connecting accessories and refixing the same after replacing the new pole with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavaation, earthwork and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundation and mass concrete using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS cross arm bracing support clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint, including removing the existing cross arms etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two glavanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut,100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade, including taking down existing insulators all as specifeid and directed.

M&L Shakle type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts 100mm in height, 115mm dia, working pressure 1100 volts, section of strap 31X5, 14mm dia bolts including taking down the existing one etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting & trimming of tree branches any girth and size touching to overhead lines and clearing the distance 1.5 mtr either sides of overhead line removing the waste (branches etc) off the site all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation, laying of poles / cables / pipes in trenches etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance no exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a lvevel not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread crushed stone sand for cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

M&L burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ of size 230 x 113 x 75mm for cable protection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm

M & L cutting of road, hard standing of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/ hard standing by using all old/ new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Existing unserviceable Analog voltmeter with electrical connections and supply, install and test the new voltmeter 0-500V all as directed and speicified at site.

Note for item No 47 : (a) All existing incoming and out going cables are to be connected to the above panel with proper lugs, glands, nuts & bolts etc the cost of which is deemed to be included in the above item.. (b) The cost shall also deemed to include for breaking of floors/walls etc including digging of trenches for removing of cables of loops and connecting to the new panel boards and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces. (c) The panel shall be fabricated from a reputed firm(CPRI Approved) .

Removing Existing unserviceable Advance power factor controller and supply and fix Advance power factor controller 12 Segment including comprehensive displays with large, three- digit LED display, 3 Logics (1:1:1), (1:2:2), (1:2:4) to connect banks, with automatic recognition or with standards programs RS-485 Communication with electrical connections all as directed and specified at site.

S&F in repair suitable size Indoor cubicle type MCCB enclosure (on wall with necessary screws, lugs etc.) made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet single door, front open type, and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of powder coated paint for MCCB capacity 100 to 160 Amps with provision for entry /exit of suitable 3.5 core LT Cable and connecting incoming & outgoing LT cables complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing the U/S switch air break gang operated system Out Door Type from the existing position and S&F air break switch gang operated triple pole mechanical operated, vertically or Horizontally mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating 400 AMPs, 11000 Volts with locking arrangement incl connecting and testing, Air Break Insulators (Switch) complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for replacement of defective wiring with copper wire of suitable size including replacement of electrical/ electronic parts of AMF panel of DG Set 200 KVA, including lugs, sleeves etc complete all as directed. Note: Electrical/ Electronic spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only DG AMF Panel Controller Unit of Model No. DGC-6D, suitable for DG Set 200 KVA of Engine Kirlosker Cummins Ltd.,

Supply only Relay Chord ( 2+1 )

Supply only Push buttons & Elements.

Removing Existing unserviceable Capacitors upto 4 KVAr with electrical connections and supply and install New MPP -S heavy duty capacitors all as directed and specified at site. Make : neptune power 9 heavy duty capacitors/Equivalent
