Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (One cement :Four sand : Eight stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in Retaining wall as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge with in all lead & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls / breast walls the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per H.P.P.W.D Specification.as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all lead & lifts.

Random rubble masonry / polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1 : 6 :12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded aggregate 40mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1 :6 (1 cement : 6 sand) in breast walls and retaining walls within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting housting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in:- In grating,framed,guards,bars,ladders,railing,brackets & similar works.

Laying & jointing & testing in trenches galvanized mild steel tube (L) of following Nominal bore including fittings complete such as union elbow, tee etc. ( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) with in all leads & lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium sliding door bolts anodised colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (.250x16mm)

Providing and fixing aluminium Tower bolts ( barrel type ) anodised transparent or dyed required shade with necessary screws (200x10mm) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handle anodized transparent or dyed required shade with necessary screws (100mm) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provding and laying Precast terrazzo tiles 20mm thick (with marble chips of specified size )laid in floors,treads of step and landing on abed 25 mm average thickness of cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of silver gray shade within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing & Supply of Fencing Pannel of size 1.80 x 1.20 metres of Jali 25 x 25 mm welded to MS Black Tube 32 mm Dia Dia of 14 guage with MS Flat Cover 20 x 3 mm , MS Hold Fast 7 No made out of MS Flat 32 x 5MM including cutting, welding, painting two coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect.
