Outsourcing for maintenance and operation of central /package type AC plants alongwith DG Sets (except where not specifically mentioned separately) and connected equipments / assets in three shifts of 08 hours each, per day round the clock continuous duration including Sundays and holidays during SUMMER / MONSOON / WINTER by employing one Operator, Skilled ITI qualified in the Refrigeration trade for each shift at each location as given below:- Note:- The rates quoted by the contractor shall include the following:- (i) Topping up / changing lubricant oil as and when required. The lubricant oil shall be issued by deptt free for filling and shall be transported from the Storeyard of MES to the plant by the contractor. (ii) To maintain plant room, incl general cleaning of surrounding area (iii) To maintain the log sheet / log book on daily basis, weekly, fortnightly and monthly. (iv) Uniform to be worn by the operator during his duty hours. (v) DHPP for DG Set shall be arranged by the Deptt. (vi) Replacement of minor parts of costing upto Rs. 500 per month. (vii) Providing cleaning & renewals T&P items. (viii) Routine cleaning of all machinem'es and eqpts. (ix) Routine checking of LT panel control panel, AHU panels and other connected items. (x) Operator shall inform MES, the defects if any noticed timely. (xi) Contractor shall responsible to replace the machine/ compressor/ eqpts/ components if found un-servicable with in 24 hours during defect liability period. (xii) Operators are not allowed to carry smart phone or electronic gadgets inside tech area as SOP of 46 Wing.

(xiii) Operators should also operate valves for filling OH Tank, UG sump and distribute water supply at shedule time as briefed time to time. (xiv) Operator shall ensure desired temp & RH inside the bldgs all as directed by users and Engr-in-Charge.

WSA-II (i) AC Plant 2 x 24= 48 TR Capacity including allied equipments such as AHUs-03 Nos, Cooling Towers, Hot Water Generator, Humidifier & Dehumidifier & Pump sets etc. (on operation) (ii) AC Plant 1 x 24= 24 TR Capacity (as stand by) (iii) DG Set 200 KVA -01 No (iii) 7.5 HP Booster Pump - 02 Nos (01 No on operation & 01 No as stand by)

WSA-III (i) AC Plant 2 x 37.5= 75 TR including allied equipments such as AHUs, Cooling Towers-02 Nos, Hot Water Generator, Humidifier & Dehumidifier & Pump sets etcCapacity (on operation) (ii) AC Plant 1 x 37.5= 37.5 TR Capacity (as stand by) (iii) DG Set 200 KVA -01 No

All as per description of item No. 1.00 and 1.01 here-in-before but for two shifts of 08 hours each per day (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) at following location:- SU-30 DG Sets (i) DG Set 250 KVA Capacity-01 No NEW TECH FLT HANGER (i) DG Set 160 KVA (iii) AC Plant 2 x 75= 150 TR Capacity including allied equipments such as AHUs-02 Nos, Cooling Towers-03 Nos, Hot Water Generator, Humidifier & Dehumidifier & Pump sets etc(on operation) (iv) AC Plant 1 x 75 = 75 TR Capacity (as stand by) Note : Both the Installations at Su-30 and New Tech Flt Hanger shall be operated by only one operator at a time.
