Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded agg as in foundations filling and in mass concrete. all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified .

M&L Brickwork with Old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not proivded for, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rouinded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed..

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slabs landing and similar work; n.exc 200 mm thick

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floor, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs n.exc 20 cm width for rough finished surfaces.

Providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggrigate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps: seismic and other similer bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapeds and railings upto 60 cm in hights , copings, kneelers, appex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in items 159, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chambered angles and throading , as directing.
