Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) and including dismantling of old brick masonary complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc by scarping, cutting, chiseling, de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surface with cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates reinforcement with and including expended metal/ welded mesh of weight exc. 2 kg per sqm but n. exc. 3 kg per sqm with or without facia and finished with cement mortar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n. exc. 5 sqm each and thickness of RCC member n. exc. 70mm and applying two coats of cement base paint of tint matching with the existing surfaces at any height as required including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed complete all as specified

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ).

Material and labour 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling, soffits of RCC shelves and finishing the surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates), 35mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing broken jallies and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surface of walls including cornices, plasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Uprooting of trees, grass, bushes etc from brick wall/roof tiles or any other surfaces of bldg including dismantling the required brick work/roof tiles/mud concrete etc for uprooting the vegetation etc and make good the same to match with existing surface with same material or concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 after pouring the chemical (which destroy the growth of vegetation to the place where vegetation removed). Note:- The rate shall include for scaffolding or any other arrangement required during this process upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified.

Disconnecting float valve with float arm from PVC service water tnk, empting stored water through wash outlet, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and finally washing the internal surfaces with bleaching powder, closing wash outlet, refiixing float valve in proper position, closing the top cover including minor repair if required and testing complete including writing "Cleaned on : (Date)" 1" height on outer face of tank with whtie paint of capacity n.exc 500 liters complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No. 26.00 here-in-before but exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity

Supply and fixing ball valve brass high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for 20mm bore dia of iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks, 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified & directed.
