M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick Work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repairing of RCC projection, chajja, roof facia, column etc by necessary preparation ie scraping, cutting, chiseling and celaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loosed RCC surfaces and applying rust remover with brush by complete wetting the rusted material surface by rust remover & leaving for 24 hrs and thereafter surface preparation of coated bars and applying 2nd coat of rust remover & leaving the same for the specific period as per manufacturers instructions, then applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surface with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with Stainless wire mesh Expended metal mesh (XPM) (Dimand size 22.58x50.80mm) using coarse sand in patches area, Surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl applying a Coat of Chalk Whiting (as Preparatory Treatment) and applying Two Coats of Weather Coat Exterior Paint over a coat of cement primer with approved Tint as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Site for application is at various locations in patches and height varies up to 12M Proper stable Scaffolding is must for working for the safety of resident of bldg and worker. Cost of all types of formwork, scaffolding and welded mesh shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Demolition Cement Concrete (Reinforced) of any description and in any position complete and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Formwork to Chajja, slab, landing throughs and Similar Items including Edges for Rough Finished Flat Surfaces of Concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT Bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings incl forming groove (area of each panel not exceeding 2 sqm each) of size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens , nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens , repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required of internal dia of pipe 50/75/100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm bore cast iron soil, sand cast, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Glazed ceramic jointless light/coloured group of size 350mmx450mm, thickness not less than 6mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, incl dismantling tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
