INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F LED lamp 10 watt, 230 Volts retrofit type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F energy saving decorative box type batten LED tube light fitting 230 Volts surface mounted complete with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light LED Tube light 20W, blue coloured end caps with all accesseries prewired with three core flexible copper cable 0.50 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED sleek mirror light fitting 10 watt surface mounted provided with high output diffuser 2 ft long, 230 Volts, complete with all accessories, pre-wired including lamp and providing flexible copper wire, three core cable PVC insulated sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED Building security light fitting 20 watt having uniformity ratio 0.25, high pressure dia cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection complete with lamp & connected items and connection with suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and including Gl pipe bracket made out of suitable dia Gl pipe medium grade 1.2mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nut. bolts washer etc all as specified and directed.

S&F LED light fitting 36 watt, 600x600mm size, surface mounted provided with high output diffuser, 230 volts complete with all accessories, pre-wired including lamp and prewired with three core flexible copper cable 0.50 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, C Curve type, 10KA breaking capacity, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of Valve pit chamber 90 cmx90cm (inner dimension) and 90 cm deep , from the top of MS cover fixed on PCC Base, top cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS Sheet with locking arrangement of pad lock of 50mm size including brick work with sub class"B'' bricks in CM 1:4 including 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 (internally and externally) and necessary earth work in anu type of soil including returning filling in and disposal of surplus oil to a distance n exc 50 mtrs and 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 , type D-2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 5.01 & 5.03 :- The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include following provision of Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old size bricks, rendering sub class B old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be at a height of 45 cm above the nearest road level. The platform shall be constructed as per manufacturer drawing and design.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less that 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm mm as earthing by means of bolts nuts and washers of galvanized iron including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm Gl tubing light grade and necessary fittings for protection of Gl strip including laying of charcoal, dust and common slat, PCC 1:2: 4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with earth pit with 40 X 40 X 6.0 mm MS angle iron frame RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2: 4) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bar @ 75 mm C/C both way with plastering 15 mm thick CM (1:6) internally and up to 150 mm below ground level externally . PGI funnel with wire mesh ,20 mm dia medium grade Gl pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No : 03 of SSR part -1 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing completed all specified and directed. (NOTE:- 14 numbers for internal electrification & 8 number for external elecrification)

All as per Srl item No.5.05 above but GI earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia earthing for street light poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED security light fitting energy efficient 45 watt high pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP 66 protection complete and connection with suitable cable from weather proof street light junction box to light fitting and fixing on Gl pipe bracket made out of suitable dia Gl pipe medium grade 1.2 mtr long bend to shape and fixed on pole with flat iron clamps, nut, bolts, washer etc all as specified and directed.

S&F weather proof street light junction box double door of size 325 x 225 x 150 mm made out of PVC/HDPE fir retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded/ SMC housing and SMC cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of Al busbar 6Amp MCB fixed on pole with MS clamp with necessary nuts, washer, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on steel surface/clamps and embossing/painting of danger sign of size not less than 10cmx 7.5 cm with letter and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of street light junction box complete all as directed.

S&F automatic timer switch to switches ON/OFF the street lights base on pre set timings current rating 15 Amps, 220 Volts, 50 Hz. The microprocessor based astronomical based timer should also have over voltage protection alongwith suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof electric shock proof termite proof and FR grade special moulding compounds confirming to IP 54. The contactor MCB and circuit wiring shall have enough capacity to take load of 5 KW equally distributed over 3 phase complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for carrying out horizontal boring below roads/PCC hard standing/Drain suitable for 80mm dia Gl pipe medium grade all as specified as directed incl inserting Gl pipe to a depth upto 1.5m & including hardstanding upto width of 12m complete all as specified and as directed.

HEATING APPLICANCES

S&F MCB single pole 6 to 32 Amps 240 V.10KA, 'B' series complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Solar water system (flat Plate collector) based on indirected transfer of heat of capacity 300 LPD with electrical heating back upto 3KW including suitable size angle iron stand for stagging of Solar water heater and PCC, Hot water and Cold water connection, electric connection with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

COOLING APPLIANCES

Supply and install desert cooler with ISI marked fan and made out of MS sheet 11.6mm thickness electric driven single phase copper wound fan motor and water pump motor having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 cubic meter per hour or nearest higher sire (without any financial effect) in steel body. It includes the provision of connect Gl tubing 15mm size with PVC connection, gland, ball valve and wire for electric connection copper wire 3 core size 1.5 sqmm appx length 3 mtr in desert cooler complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- Wire for electric connection is deemed to be included in quoted rate but PVC connection, ball valve and Gl tubing are separately measured.

Supply and installed Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 135 V to 280 V with: output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA used for deep freezer/Refrigerator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Frost Free, Double Door, ISI Marked 5 star Convertible Refrigerator electric driven, single phase of capacity 310 Litres or nearest higher capacity (without any financial affect) complete all as directed.

ROAD, PATH AND CULVERT

M&L for thermoplastic paint on black top surfaces or existing paint surfaces applied hot mixing plant of heating of thermo plastic materials to a standard temp with gas and laying standard thickness of approx 2mm, by using thermo plastic material @ 6.5 kg/sqm, and glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm including cleaning of old surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
