Material and labour prepartion of existing black top surface by brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfae with Air compressor/mechanical brush to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 kg per ten sqm by mechanical sprayer complete.

Material and labour laying Bituminous premix asphaltic concrete semi dense carpet 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content Grade VG-30 rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber rolled uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified by using mechanical sensor pavers (Note : Premixed carptet shall be done by using machnical mixer as specified in clause 20A 27 of MES SSR Part-I the spreading of premix carpet shall be done by mehanical sensor paver only)

Material and labour repair to pot holes any depth and n exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfae with Air compressor/mechanical brush to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 kg per ten sqm by mechanical sprayer complete.at the rate 5 kg per Ten sqm then putting in premixed carpet n.exc 30mm thick consolidated thickness rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, using coarse aggregate grading 2 (upto 40mm size) rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour prepartion of existing water bound surface (WBM) by brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfae with Air compressor/mechanical brush to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 10 kg per ten sqm by mechanical sprayer complete.

Preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 1.5 to 2mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line road marking of 150/100mm width using 'Hot Mark' thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirment for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instruction and as directed.

Supply and fixing for CAT EYE yellow colour two colour two ways reflective road studs ABS plastic body confirming to IS-67-1977 having road capacity of 40 tonnes of size 100x100x20mm with heavy reflector yellow colour both side complete all as specified and directed. Make : DARK EYE cat part NO 972 P or equivalent makes as specified in list of makes.

Supply and fixing for road solar stud size 125x125x25mm made from aluminium alloy and PC construction, solar powered by monocrystal solar panel alongwith high capacity rechargable battery (led - 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness) water proof confirming to IS-67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tonnes complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Dark Eye Cat Part No DA-110 (DHRUV) or equivalent of makes specified in list of Makes.

Supply and fixing for speed Brakers 750x250x75mm each pice with two Nos of reflector, any coller plastic boady confirming to IS-67-1977 and fill hollow part with 1;2;4 plain cement concreate of speed bracker fixed wit epoxy coating meteral and necessary fixture complete all specified and directed. Make:- Dark Eye,Tata BP solar india LTD, Green Lite.
