Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty ( water based ) of approved make including cost of all labour , materials etc complete

Providing Fixing Chequred tiles in floor on 12mm thick C.P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile including rubbing & polishing complete excluding cost & carriage of tiles.

Fixing tiles on floors on 25mm thick bed of C.M (1:1)jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing

White washing 2 coats with shell lime(As per A.R - 2006,Item No - 32,Page -110)

Painting Two Coats with Enamel Paint over a coat of primer over the wood work / iron work surface including cost of Paints, brushes etc. including cost , conveyance , taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give on even shade including cost of distemper

Supplying and applying weather coat on out walls two coats with any approved shade of weather coat of I.S.I mark including cost of weather cost etc complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand,well watering including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes all labour T&P complete.

C.C (1:3:6) using 40 mm hg metal in foundation (A/R-2006, P.43, Item.-3)

2.5 cm (1") thickwith C.C (1:2:4) using 12 mm size h.b.g chips including watering and curing etc. complete. Ref -P-91 item -20 of A/R -06
