Supply of Omnidirectional inset taxi way LED light fitting for use in 6.6A airfield lighting circuit normally supplied from 45W isolating transformer, LED lights fitting complete with O-ring gasket, Six M10 screws for light fastening, cable lead side entry, One L-823 two-pole socket, stly 7, Hight 150mm, 8" aluminium shallow base, 8" shallow base cable lead and bolt, cable lead with L-823 plug, suitable lamps with reflector, dichroic blue filters and other accessories complete in all respect as required and confirming to latest ICAO specifications and particular specifications, complete as required.

Supply of C.I. Transformer housing box, water tight, round type, metal container of outside size 330mm dia and 450 mm height made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at the opposite side surface, centre 3" above bottom surface suitable to receive One/two No. of 50mm. dia "B" class GI pipe & check nuts as required. The box should have two earth bolts of M 10 X 30 mm. welded inside near the cable entry hole side, 4" away from the hole centre and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm. dia. "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm. at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm. dia. to receive fititng base plate and bolts as required as per the Specification. a) Double Hall

Installation, testing, commissioning of elevated halogen type unidirectional high intensity approach light fittings on the existing pole mast including installation of isolating transformers with essna connector, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories alignment, levelling and making transformer connections earth connections etc complete as required.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of Inset type LED type approach light/Taxi way Light fittings on the existing transformer housing boxes including installation of transformers with essna connector, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories including cutting the bitumins/concrete by cutting with machine tools for required size or core, fixing the inset fitting of shallow base with suitable compound etc. as required.

Installation of C.I. transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 1000 X 1000 X 100mm thick and all around concrete of 1:2:4 ,150mm thick & top sloped as specified including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia 'B'class G I pipe with check - nuts at the bottom surface for driange of water including excavation of side shoulder, allignment (wherever the transformer are in a line the same has to be aligned in suck a way the centres fall in a straight line) and refilling and as per specifications.

Providing & Laying of 2" dia medium class G.I pipe in ground i/c excavation alginment of pipe with transformer housing boxes, providing check nuts, plastering, fininishing etc. as regd. (from trasformer housing box to housing box and road crossing).

Supply of 5KV grade plug & receptacle of type-1 class B connector & suitable field attachment suitable for following size 5KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core standard copper conductor cable confirming to IS : 1554 (Part-II) etc. as required. a) 6 Sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. (a) Upto 120 Sq.mm.

Supply of following sizes of aluminium conductor, armoured, XLPE / PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable for working voltage up to and including 1100 volts conforming to IS-7098 (Part-1) / IS:1554 (Part-1) etc. complete as required. a) 4 x 25 Sq mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 4x 25 Sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having licking arrangment and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/coke and salt) as required.

Providing and laying earth conncection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required.

supply and laying 6 SWG dia G.I wire to run along with airfield cable and terminated with CI Box as required.
