M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud ect sweeping with brooms and finally cleaned surfaces with Air compresser to remove all loose dust for black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying paving bitumen evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 05 kg per 10 Sqm of VG-10 grade for Black Top surface complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed. Note: The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5% same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design as specified in Schedule "A" shall be adjusted @ the rate of 65.00 (Rs sixty Five ) / kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment). Note : (i) The work shall be strcitly carried out by using mechanical/sensor paver only . (ii) The design mix shall be carried out from IIT/NIT/Govt Institution and quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same. Work will be allowed only after approval of semi dense asphaltic concrete design mix. (iii) Contractor shall arrange bitumen extraction test at site during execution of SDAC work. The copy of same shall be fwd to this HQ. (iv) The copy of PV shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.00 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propolled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic reuirement for glass shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.ed.

M&L for Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges to making good by filling in screened and graded road materials over a priming / tack coat with good by applying tack coat (VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam (VG-30), well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, binded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Purchase vouchers shall be submitted by the contractor before claiming the payment of RARs/Final bill.

M&L for Premix Bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed. S&F in repair delinator, at the top portion two high performance 100 mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70 mm x 30mm are fixed on both sides of guide post. Exavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foudation filling and moss concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel pipe grade 304 framed work such as of pipes angles tees, flat incl gusset plates etc and welding and or riverting and similar work complete all as specified and directed. S&F in reapir 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved and one side covered with 3M retro-reflective sheet & pasting computerized size of letter of retro reflective sheet not exc 30 cm in height including stop commas, short line dashes, hypens brackets etc as directed and pasted with approved adhesive as in sign bound cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame including all necessary fitting arrangement complete all as specified and dirceted. Note Nothing extra paid for writing.

M&L for cleaning, washing and applying two coat of indigo floor coat emulsion paint on old chequured tiles/interlocking tile surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specifiec and directed. Note:- (i) The copy of PV of paint shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking /hardstanding etc including set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in Cm 1:6 and removing rubbish off the premises from Defence land complete all specified and directed . Note:- (i) The copy of PV of tile shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-base or paving etc complete all as specified and directed ..

S&F Machine pressed PCC pre-painted interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry,including dismantalling tiles of any thickness laid dry complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The copy of PV of paint shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment. (ii) The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificate at the time of sample approval. IF the Paver block is not of make listed in PS, the GE shall carry out sample approval of any ISI marked Paver block subject to independednt Testing of block. (the cost of independednt testing shall be borne by the contractor).

M&L for sand filling under sub base including watering and consolidating as in cushioning bed for interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including demolishion of kerb stone complete all specified and directed. Note:- (i) The copy of PV of kerb stone shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment.

NOTE for all: (i) The copy of Purchase Voucher shall be forwarded to Office of Accepting Officer at the time of Technical Check. The payment shall only be made after submission of PV by the contractor and de-facing by the Engr-in-Charge after verification. If any PV is not submitted, the payment may be deducted.
