Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting pointm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 ( Design Mix ) using 20 mm graded stone aggrgate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 ( Design Mix ) using 20 mm graded stone aggrgate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT Bars Fe 500D 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required inculding cranking bending spirally hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire ennealed less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour fo TMT bars Fe 500D of 6 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.90 mm dia

Use and waste of formwork for foundations, foundation beams etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of columns complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternate panel , finished fair and even without using extra cement and spike rolling to concrete surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green etc omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints 100 mm thick concrete floor , filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 05 mm thick wearproof topping (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner provided in sealed bag, ISI marked ) , laid on green concrete floors in layers and pavings not exceeding 3mm each at the dose of 5kg/sqm , and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) or as per the manufacturer's instruction etc complete all as specified and as diected by the Engineer in Charge. Note:-1. The subject item shall be executed strictly as per the Manufacturer's instruction .2. Pouring & levelling of chemical shall be done by using mechanical means / equipments such as hardener spreader machine , powered trowel etc under the instruction of the manufacturer. 3. Metallic floor hardener shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Supply only approved metallic floor hardner ISI marked etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size ,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm in cement sand Mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M-10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes, nuts and bolts and welded ,conforming to I. S.1161- grade St.-240 including painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel works as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality-B etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with ashers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm long etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick and an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, tips, valley, gutters, length & girth as fixed with nail or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over on new steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed..

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
